Our Firm Philosophy
We will be open and honest with our clients.
Our fees will be reasonable, and communicated to our clients clearly and in a timely manner.
We will be "legal gatekeepers" for our clients and refer them as may be appropriate for legal services in other areas of law outside of our areas of practice.
We will not delegate to non-lawyers what should be done by lawyers. Except in an emergency, our lawyers will meet personally with clients to review, explain, and sign closing documents and wills and powers of attorney, and will personally attend to closings and communications with other parties and solicitors in all appropriate circumstances.
We will not overbook - we will limit appointments and closings to the volume that can be reasonably and effectively administered by our offices.
We will embrace the technological tools that will enable us to practice law effectively and efficiently.
We will practice in a way that minimizes the environmental footprint of our operations.
